In 2004, Pastor Paul Goulet cast the vision for a prayer center at Cheyenne & 215 that would overlook the Las Vegas valley and saturate it in continual prayer. Since then, we have been believing God to provide a plan for us to establish that prayer center.

Phase 1 of that plan has come to fruition in the form of an already existing 28,500 square foot building only yards away from our planned building site. ICLV has agreed to acquire the building and now is believing God for $600,000 to convert the building into a suitable church facility.

See below for a way to contribute toward the vision, videos and photos of the building, and a note from Pastor Paul. We hope that you choose to be a part of this great miracle that God is doing through ICLV.

A Note from Pastor Paul

For nearly six years, ICLV and its leaders have taken up the call to start five locations around our city with one purpose, to leave a legacy. Within that timeframe, we've made huge progress. Our Summerlin, Dream Center, and South Gate locations are constantly on the move and reaching out to thousands every week. Our newest congregation, Spiritflow, is spreading God's word and the heartbeat of ICLV online.

Even with so much expansion and progress, one goal has remained at the forefront of our efforts - Prayer Mountain. The goal of our Prayer Mountain campus will be to serve as a beacon of light to Las Vegas and the world. With a dynamic prayer center, Prayer Mountain will be the basis for a movement of worship and intercession that I believe will sweep across our city and even the world.

Though this vision has been on my heart and on the hearts of many in our church for so long, it has been a long process to get where we are. We've acquired land at the site, drawn up architectural plans, and taken them to our city leaders. Praise God that He has taken us this far! However, we encountered some setbacks about a year ago and I began to pray for a creative way to establish a foothold at Prayer Mountain that would allow us to get a prayer center up and running along with a congregation to support the vision.

Well, God answered my prayers and began opening a series of doors that almost seemed to good to be true. At each step along the way, God came through and confirmed that this is His will. That all brings us to a couple of weeks ago, when I signed an agreement that ICLV will acquire a beautiful building just yards away from the future site of Prayer Mountain.

As you can see in the video and photos above, this building is state of the art and wonderfully designed. When I look at it, I can't help but think that God had planned this for us all along. It has room for a prayer center with a stunning view of our city, a sanctuary that will seat nearly 350, a youth and young adult center, a wellness center, media facilities, and so much more.

Our loan to acquire the building has been approved and we are now believing God to provide $600,000 for improvements and a down payment. I know that God has gotten us this far and will faithfully provide for us now. Will you be a part of seeing this miracle happen? I am asking everyone in our congregation and everyone who believes in the vision of Prayer Mountain to contribute as much as you can. Whether it's $5 or $50,000, I pray that you have caught the vision and will give whatever God lays on your heart.

Imagine when we have a fully functioning prayer center bathing our city in prayer 24/7. Imagine the souls that will be won, the lives that will be transformed, the cities and nations that will be changed. You'll be able to say that you were part of the miracle at Prayer Mountain.

Blessings,
Pastor Paul Goulet

Frequently Asked Questions

How does this building fit in to the overall plan for Prayer Mountain?
This building will allow us to establish a location a very short distance away from the future home of Prayer Mountain. It has always been our plan to establish a nearby location prior to construction in order to build a leadership team and congregation to support the vision of Prayer Mountain. Purchasing this building allows us to forego the rental or purchase of a smaller building and gives us the option to keep this facility even after the other phases of Prayer Mountain are built.

Why not just rent a temporary facility such as a school auditorium?
In addition to the benefits stated above, this will provide us with immediate room for growth. Some of our existing ministries will be able to move to this building. Our Wellness Center and media studios will have a larger, more professional space to work with. We'll also be able to expand our prayer ministry by providing a prayer room with a stunning view of our entire valley.

If this is Phase 1, what are the other phases?
This is indeed Phase 1 of Prayer Mountain and will allow us to build a congregation to reach this part of our city and support the other 2 phases. Phase 2 will be the construction of a brand new 28,500 square foot building on Prayer Mountain housing an 800-seat sanctuary, a gymnasium, Sunday school classrooms, a preschool, and an expanded prayer center. Phase 3 will add on to that new building with 40,000 square feet housing a 1500-seat sanctuary and performing arts center as well as additional classrooms.

What is the timeframe for all of this?
We are believing God for the initial $600,000 as soon as possible. Once that is in we will begin making improvements to parts of the building to make it more suitable for our usage. Once that construction is complete and a leadership team is in place, we will launch services in the building and move some of our ministries there. Phases 2 and 3 will come after that. There are no specific dates yet, but we are hoping to launch a congregation as soon as possible.
