At this evening's Annual Vision Meeting, Pastor Paul Goulet shared his heart for the next twelve months and shared praise reports from the past year. We're also releasing reports from each of our ministries sharing the great things God did in 2011. Please feel free to download and review these reports now.
I hope and pray that this message finds you prospering as your soul prospers.
First, I want to remind you about a huge event Wednesday night at 7:00 pm. It’s our Annual Vision Meeting where we’ll be taking a look at the past year and casting vision for the next 12 months. I’m so excited to share my heart with you. Please make it a priority to come prayed up and ready to make a difference in the history of our church.
Second, I want to send my congratulations to a few people. Congratulations to Mr. and Mrs. Seth Thomas along with the Thomas and Ana families on their new marriage. It was my honor to celebrate with them on Saturday as they began their new life together. Also, a huge congratulations to our Hispanic ministry Pastors Sergio and Katia for the Cinco de Mayo Fiesta. What a great outreach to our community. I heard it was amazing!
Finally, please keep us in prayer as always. Denise and I will be returning to Europe soon where I’ll be training hundreds of leaders who’ll be going to preach the Gospel in the Middle East. Plus, Denise and I will be preaching at different events in Paris and Switzerland. God is moving so mightily in Europe. Your prayers and giving are making a difference. Also, please keep our friends Dr. and Mrs. Hauck in your prayers as they’re ministering in Kenya right now. Their six week Jesus Said Go missions trip is going great.
Thanks as always for your prayers and support! We love and appreciate you and we’ll see you Wednesday night.

On this Mother’s Day, I just want to take a moment and extend a special greeting to all the mothers out there. Personally, I’m thankful for my own mom as well as my wife Denise and my daughters, Christine and Isabelle, who are all shining examples to me of the caring, patience, and compassion that make moms such integral parts of our families.
If you’re a mom, our goal today is to honor you for the tremendous amount of hard work, sacrifice, and love you exhibit every single day. We know that we can never fully express our gratitude for you, but today is a token of our incredible appreciation.
At all of our locations today, we’ll have morning services to bless and give gifts to every mom. And at ICLV Summerlin, I’m very excited that Denise will be sharing a very special message on motherhood. In the evening at 5:00 pm, join us for The Pursuit as we pursue God with all our hearts during a special family night designed to celebrate mothers.
We love you and we so look forward to seeing you in church or online today.
I have some exciting updates and reminders to share with you today!

We had some awesome services last week with Kevin and the Jericho Project team. In 4 days, we saw 240 people give their lives to Christ! It was so amazing to see what God did and I can’t wait to see what He has in store for the future of this team.

We’re currently working very hard to finish up the new sanctuary at Prayer Mountain and we’re in need of electricians and plumbers to help us. If you can help or if you know someone who can, please call us at 702-242-2273.

Join us on Wednesday night, May 16, for our Annual Vision Meeting on the Summerlin Campus at 7:00 pm. Each year we have a night to share vision and review what God has done through ICLV in the previous year. Also, the membership will vote to ratify the candidates submitted by our nomination committee to serve on the church board. We’ll also be recognizing a number of new members who have recently completed the required classes and interviews. Whether you’re a member or not, it’s an important night to be involved in shaping the future of our church.

Tomorrow I’m starting a new series on healthy relationships and vibrant families. Join us for one of our many morning services at one of our locations, then come back to ICLV Summerlin at 5:00 pm for The Pursuit. It’s going to be an awesome day!
I am so blown away by all God did this Easter. Nearly 500 people came to Christ during our Easter production. Wow! Please continue to pray with me that as they take the first steps on their new journey, they will come to know God deeply and continue to passionately pursue Him. Pray also that our team will have the wisdom and discernment to minister effectively to these precious souls.
I can’t possibly fully express my thanks to the hundreds of team members who gave so much of themselves to make this all possible. I’m so blessed to be pastoring a church where people love others so deeply. Thank you for caring and shining your light around our city.
Now that the production is over, we’re not slowing down! Join us Wednesday night at 7:00 pm as we celebrate and explain the importance of Passover. It’s an Old Testament tradition that still has a lot of relevance to modern Christians, so don’t miss out.
As I mentioned, we’re not slowing down. Neither are the needs around our city. Our outreach teams are constantly pouring out and reaching souls in the heart of Las Vegas and around the world. As we do that, certain needs arise, and we can use your help in two particular areas:
-
We have a missionary family joining us for a few months. We need your help to furnish the home and a vehicle for this family of five.
-
We have a big need to replace many of the vans we use for outreaches. We have put them to so much use that the time has come to replace them with newer models.
If you or someone you know can help us with either of these items, please give us a call at 702-242-2273. And please pray for favor to fulfill these needs. This is just another way that you can help touch the nations. We are so very grateful for your help.
